Community places are committed to ensuring all members of staff are trained to a high level, so that individuals receive the highest quality care package available.
We actively encourage our employees to gain the skills and qualification needed to support our vision for the service. We have developed a robust training programme that incorporates all necessary mandatory training.
Community places have trained the management team in the specialist areas of learning disabilities to ensure that good practice in this area is constantly being introduced. The manager has been trained to degree and diploma level to support this process.
